Description: The Membership Committee aims to create innovative initiatives to provide and promote value to members, retain current membership, and attract new members. These initiatives include the annual “Member Mixer” and different motivational strategies like raffles, contests, and giveaways to promote new member attainment. The committee has also re-written the mission, vision, and value statements for CNTA, as well as forming the Young Professionals Committee. Volunteers for this committee attend meetings to provide a “voice of the membership,” as well as organize, participate in, and promote membership projects.
